ASE Master Automotive Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ASE Master Automotive Technician to serve as a technical leader in our shop. The ideal candidate is an elite problem-solver with proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing the most complex issues across a wide range of automotive systems. This role requires a deep understanding of modern automotive mechanics, advanced electrical systems, and diagnostic software, combined with the ability to lead by example and mentor other technicians.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Expert: Accurately diagnose and repair complex automotive problems, including advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and brake system issues that other technicians may struggle with.
Utilize Advanced Technology: Employ cutting-edge, OEM-level diagnostic equipment and software to pinpoint the root cause of issues efficiently and effectively.
Perform High-Quality Repairs: Execute a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance services with precision, adhering to the highest industry standards.
Mentor and Lead: Train and mentor other technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate the skill level of the entire team. Supervise work as needed to ensure our high standards of quality are always met.
Communicate with Clarity: Work alongside our service advisors to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable way, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction.
Maintain a Safe & Organized Environment: Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, professional, and efficient workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

ASE Master Certification or equivalent, demonstrable expertise is required.
Extensive, proven experience as a top-tier automotive technician with a focus on advanced diagnostics.
Exceptional mechanical aptitude and elite-level troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in using a wide range of modern diagnostic equipment and software.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
A team-player attitude with a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow.

Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator who serves as a trusted guide for customers, translating their needs into clear service plans while ensuring a world-class experience. This role requires a solid understanding of automotive repair, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to build lasting relationships with our customers.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Face of Brisbon Automotive: Greet every customer promptly and professionally, listen carefully to their concerns, and build immediate rapport and trust.
Translate Customer Needs: Write clear, detailed service orders that accurately reflect the customer’s concerns and the technician’s findings.
Manage Expectations: Align customer expectations with service timelines and costs, providing clear, proactive communication throughout the entire repair process.
Provide Expert Advice: Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending services based on vehicle maintenance requirements and our technicians’ expert findings, always with the customer’s best interest in mind.
Coordinate for Efficiency: Act as the central communication hub between the customer and our technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all services.
Build Lasting Relationships: Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers regarding their experience and future maintenance needs, turning a one-time repair into a long-term relationship.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in an automotive service advisor or service writing role is highly preferred.
A strong, foundational knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common repair processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a simple, understandable manner.
A true commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A background as a technician or in a similar hands-on role is a significant advantage.
