Responsibilities
- Consult: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and build immediate rapport.
- Translate: Convert technician findings into clear, detailed estimates that customers can easily understand.
- Manage: Oversee the workflow of repair orders, source parts efficiently, and keep customers updated on timelines.
- Advise: Prioritize recommended services based on safety and reliability, acting with the customer’s best interest in mind.
- Close: Present estimates with confidence, integrity, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: A strong foundational knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and general repair processes.
- Skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and strong computer skills. Experience with shop management software is a plus.
- Mindset: A customer-first attitude with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
