Responsibilities
- Diagnose: Accurately troubleshoot complex engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Repair: Execute high-quality repairs ranging from timing chains and suspension work to module programming and routine maintenance.
- Verify: Perform quality checks to ensure every vehicle leaves our shop meeting strict safety and performance standards.
- Learn: Stay ahead of the curve by learning new vehicle technologies and diagnostic software.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure customers understand the value of the repairs required.
Qualifications
- Certification: ASE Certification required. (ASE Master Certification is preferred, but we are eager to meet talented techs on the path to Master status).
- Experience: Proven professional automotive experience with a strong focus on diagnostics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and scanners. Experience with European makes is a major plus.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own professional-grade tools.
- Mindset: A willingness to learn, a drive to perform at your best daily, and a commitment to honest work.
