We believe every customer deserves dependable repairs and lasting value, which is why qualifying repairs performed by our team are backed by a strong, nationwide warranty policy designed to ensure your confidence travels with you.
Nationwide Warranty for Passenger Vehicles (3-Year / 36,000-Mile Limited)
For qualifying repairs on passenger cars, vans, SUVs, and light trucks (non-commercial use), Brisbon Automotive is proud to offer a robust nationwide limited warranty, backed by the FMP Partners Network.
- Duration: These repairs are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 Years or 36,000 Miles, whichever comes first, measured from the date of the first repair and the odometer reading shown on your original repair invoice.
- Nationwide Protection: Should you experience an issue with a covered repair while traveling more than 25 miles from our shop, this warranty will be honored at over 35,000 participating facilities across the United States.
- Administrator Support: The program is administered by Automotive Business Solutions Inc. on behalf of the FMP Partners Network, providing a dedicated support line (877-FMP-6144) for claims when you are away from home.
What Passenger Vehicle Services ARE Covered (Nationwide)?
This limited nationwide warranty covers the following types of repairs and services when performed at Brisbon Automotive using qualifying parts on non-commercial vehicles:
- Air Conditioning, heating, and climate control systems
- Brake system repairs
- Engine cooling system
- Electrical system, including the starting and charging systems
- Engine performance, drivability services, and repair
- Exhaust system
- Fuel system
- Ignition system
- Electronic engine management system and on-board computer systems (engine, body, brake, and suspension computers)
- Cruise control system
- Steering/suspension system, wheel bearings, CV joints/U-joints, Half-shafts, and driveshafts
- Other minor repairs as specifically listed on your invoice
What is NOT Covered by the Nationwide Warranty?
This limited nationwide warranty has specific exclusions. It does not cover:
- Major component assemblies: Engine, Transmission, Transaxle, Transfer Case, Clutch assemblies, Differential assemblies, or any internal repairs within these components. Associated gaskets and seals for these major components are also excluded.
- Normal wear-and-tear items: While we guarantee the labor on installing wear items, the parts themselves (e.g., brake pads, filters, wiper blades) are typically covered only by their specific manufacturer’s defect warranty, unless otherwise specified on your invoice.
- Tires
- Used Parts
- Auto Body, Paint, Molding, or Glass Repairs
- Commercial Vehicles: (See separate section below for Commercial Vehicle Warranty Policy).
- Damage: Issues caused by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or tampering by anyone other than Brisbon Automotive.
- Incidental or Consequential Damages: Additional expenses you might incur due to a faulty repair (e.g., lodging, lost wages) are not covered by this limited warranty.
How to Obtain Nationwide Warranty Service (Passenger Vehicles)
- Keep Your Original Invoice: You must keep your original Brisbon Automotive repair invoice.
- If You Are Within 25 Miles: Return your vehicle to Brisbon Automotive. We will handle the covered repair at no cost.
- If You Are MORE Than 25 Miles Away:
- MUST CALL the Warranty Program Administrator BEFORE any work is done: 877-FMP-6144 (877-367-6144) (Mon-Fri 8 AM-8 PM EST, Sat 9 AM-6 PM EST).
- The Administrator will direct you to a participating facility or provide instructions for using a non-participating shop.
- You may be eligible for towing (up to $100) and rental car (up to 2 days at $40/day) benefits, determined by the Administrator.
Warranty Policy for Commercial Vehicles & RVs
For our commercial fleet partners and RV owners, Brisbon Automotive provides a specialized in-house warranty designed to meet your unique needs. We stand behind our work with a dedicated policy honored exclusively at our Raleigh facility.

Coverage Term: Qualifying repairs on commercial vehicles and RVs are warranted for 6 Months or 6,000 Miles, whichever comes first.

Parts Warranty: We install high-quality parts from trusted manufacturers. We will honor all applicable manufacturer and distributor warranties for parts installed on your vehicle. Should a part fail within its specific warranty period, we will handle the claim directly with the supplier on your behalf.

Labor Warranty: We guarantee our labor and workmanship for the duration of the 6-month / 6,000-mile warranty period. If a problem arises directly from our installation or service, we will correct it at no additional labor cost to you.

Where Honored: This warranty is honored exclusively at Brisbon Automotive in Raleigh, NC. It does not provide nationwide coverage.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse, or repairs performed elsewhere. Specific exclusions mirror those listed under the nationwide warranty unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
